It's been over 100 degrees every day for about 2 weeks now. It is miserable here! 
But there is nothing worse than getting a funky salad. Nothing is quite as funky as a funky salad... except maybe funky fish.

I am so glad you were feeling well enough to make it to MK. I think if you get up and get moving like you did, it does make you feel better. I do the same as you when I am sick at home though... just lay on the couch and sulk in my misery.

Which will you take -- FD or a room discount? I've found FD to be a better deal when staying at a moderate and a room discount to be a better deal when staying at a deluxe. But we have 4 people, your numbers may come differently! You know how crazy that Disney math can get!
Thanks I'll keep an eye out, but generally the biggest discount they offer on the Poly anymore is 20%.

So now I just need to start packing...we are about 2 weeks away!
Free dining is the best deal for us too at a value or mod. Right now the plan is to stay at POR from Oct. 25-Nov. 1 and then do the 3 night cruise until Nov. 4th. Still no luck talking them out of the cruise. I think it's hopeless. DH is dead set on it. I'd rather have the extra time at Disney since we just did the cruise last year, but it's not the end of the world. I still get 7 nights at WDW.

You probably won't get anything better than the 35%, but who knows. They might go completely crazy and offer 40% off! I'll keep an eye peeled for younext week and if I see anything better than 35%, I'll let you know.

I was able to snag FD in the fall...not by the Visa discount that came out today, but I actually got a Pin on Friday night....go figure. I was al lready to snag that Visa offer today, too!
We're in the same boat as you with this weather. It was 106 yesterday and we've cooled off to 89 today. After 5 days in the 100's, I'll gladly take 89.

So, DH found out that he has a business trip beginning August 2nd...our 2nd day in Disney! So, I just pushed the trip up a week! I had to move all of our ADRs of course, and luckily I was able to get just about all of them! I couldn't believe it. And, we are still at the Poly!
Some nice quiet down time at the quiet pool was just what I needed though.

Oh no! I hate that for you. You must be going mid month. Those two weeks are always blacked out.
Our trip is still not set in stone, but if we do go we will most likely arrive on Oct. 25th. We are still waiting to hear for sure from DH's boss that he can have the 25 and 26th off though.
I hope your trip happens!!! Hopefully the boss cooperates! 
I don't think I would have been able to bite my tongue on that one either. I guess different cultures have different views on what's appropriate for public display.

I remember when we were looking at pics of his mama online and wondering which pup you should choose and what they all would look like when full grown. And then when you chose him and you were on the way home in the car and sent me a pic of him and the boys.... He has grown into a gorgeous dog. He looks so regal all posed for his pic. You'd never know it was the same dog who hates Busses. 
Love him. He looked like the cat that just ate the canary. So funny!!!!!

First off I can't believe how beautiful Jack is.
I know! I remember looking at his mama and wondering if he would look like her. He looks all grown up and mature in that picture in the stones. But he's still a crazy insane puppy when that school bus comes.

You must take your boys to the beach. Your DS10 builds such beautiful sand castles-- he would love it. I'm thinking next year is your year in CA!
