Tried Curves for the 1st Time!

Okay, I finally did it! I went to try out Curves today and WOW! It was a good workout! It doesn't look to challenging when you walk in, but after 30 minutes your heart rate is up and you have some new muscles you didn't know you had!

So, I signed up! Used my coupon in the Entertainment card and paid cash for the year. I hate auto withdrawl from your account. I ended up spending $379.50 for the entire year. I did not think that was too bad. So, the next time I go in I have to get weighed (oh, brother) and measured ALL OVER! YIKES!

I know I have lost 25 pounds, I still have 20 pounds to reach MY goal and have lots of places to measure .

Anyway, if you have not tried Curves GO FOR IT!

I went today for the weigh, measure and body fat measuring! YIKES! I know I am in better shape than I was 25 pounds ago, but I have a ways to go. I did not like the fat index at all!

I like Curves after second time. I am looking forward to the next measure day because I have set a goal to loose 10 more pounds before the HHI vacation. Pixie Dust without Chocolate PLEASE!
