When I first found and subscribed, I only read the first page. Had to come back today to read the rest! I am a Parapro here in Virginia. I work mostly in a Kindergarten classroom. Love, love, love it! Junie B. is quite the popular young lady here, too. As you said, a great intro to what NOT to do.
I am trying to get a closer look at your planning sheet. Looks cute! Thought I might try to copy it for my daughter so she could see at a glance the plans. Where did you find the clip art you used, if you don't mind my asking?
I hope you are planning to do a trip report when you return!
I also wanted to say I hope all goes well with Kitty's surgery!!!!!!

Junie B is not usually a book chosen for read aloud for PreK, but I love her and I love to read books that the children can really connect to. We also read all the Henry and Mudge books!
I got the clip art by googling clipart-and then what I wanted....like clipart Mickey Mouse.

I am about to take Mai Li's food and water away in a few hours. She will not be a happy kitty. She is used to eating and drinking whenever she wants. It may be a rough night!!!

Thank you. I really like having a classroom that reflects my persoanlity. The kids really do take care of it and I do very little after the first few weeks of school when I am showing them how to keep it looking nice. I figure a few weeks of modeling leads to less work in the long run and I feel better in an attractive space and I think they do too)

Ahhh--that was when I was getting my GAP. Tuesday was not a very smooth day! I was probably hurrying back to the room in case there was a message! I envy you the extra days. Our trip was way too short!

Thanks for all the welcome homes! I am glad to be back, but I wish I could just twitch my nose and have everything put back in its place--I hate unpacking!
