Trick or Treating on 10/31

Anyone know what time the trick or treating starts at the Fort? Is there a start time? We're thinking of bringing the boys down there to go this year.

Last year they started before dark. The older ones started after dark. I would say it is pretty much like it is at your house. Bring a big bag!
