"Trick or treat, smell my feet..."Which character is that?

We were at Universal during Hurricane Charley!

Which character is it on the Spiderman ride that cackles and says"Trick or treat, smell my feet, time to blow you off the street?" And then throws an exploding pumpkin at you?

My husband and I are dissenting on who this was!

We were able to ride Spiderman 26 times over the course of our stay.

Whos Scream. I'm surprised that the Lizard, Mysterio, Venom,Carnage or Rhino aren't on it.

Scream is a spawn of either Carnage or Venom-I forget which. I think she's the equivalent of Carnage's daughter. Afterall, her main weapon is her wild hair...
