Trick or Treat on Halloween at resorts?

We will be at Disney this Halloween and I was told in the past Disney resorts had trick or treat and other festivities on actual Halloween. Does anyone know if this is happening this year? We are staying at POR.
Also, do the parks do anything on Halloween or is that only if you go to the Boo party?

We'll be at POR as well so curious what others have to say. We've been at POP over halloween but not post covid. They did have characters visit and special games and trick or treating. The parks don't really do anything special except guests will dress up.
