Tri Tip Steak & A Crockpot, Now What ??

Can I make burritos using this kind of steak ?? I have to use this meat today and don't know what to make ?? can someone suggest something fairly simple ?? TIA !

THis is a steak sort of cut and I never put it in the crock pot...I grill it.. You could make burritos with it,but I wouldn't overcook the meat
