Per their website (407)828-TREX (8739).

I am not sure how far out they take reservations. You certainly couldn't make them months in advance, as you do with the Disney owned restaurants.....but a month or so probably isn't out of line.

I booked my Trex ressies online for 6 months out. Check it out.

At the beginning of January I booked for the end of May.

Definitely call direct to the restaurant. You can use Disney's online booking system, but apparently they don't hold many spaces for Disney. I got only a 3:30 pm or a 9:00 pm choice when I tried online, but when I called direct I got a 6:00 pm (which is what I wanted).
