TRES!! who exercised today Wed Feb 25??

The Firm's Cardio Sculpt (BSS1). I actually upped my weights. Previously I had only used 5 lb weights as my "heavy" weights, but moved up to 8 lbs for part of the workout. My knees started to hurt so I backed off. They were OK after a few minutes. I'll have to watch it tomorrow.

I did 26 minutes on the stationary bike (was going for 30, but nature called....) then did the leg press machine, leg extention machine, and an arm pushup machine.
 
I did the FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training and also did Cardio Sculpt blaster.
 
I sorta did the 2 mile WATP video. I woke up sick and, I'm going to bed sick. I wasn't quite "up to speed" with Leslie tonight. :(
 

I got home from work early so I was able to walk outside, I walked 1 and 1/4 mile through my neighborhood.
 
Two workouts for me, aerobics (Kathy Smith Timesaver Cardio Fat Burner) in the morning - stupid rain :umbrella:, and Curves in the evening.

It's so great to see so many WISHers checking in on the exercise thread! Keep it up!
 
It was almost today again by the time I got to exercise at 10pm last night, but I did it! 35 minutes for 2 miles/a little over 200 calories on treadmill; them the daily FIRM abdominal tape. :yo-yo:
 
Did my 30 min on the Gazelle & 15 min strength training. Pace was a little slow because I have sore muscles in my back, but not too bad.
