Trends for Southwest Rapid Reward Visas

We are planning our trip to Disney for November 2013. I noticed that we just missed the 50,000 point promotion for the Southwest Rapid Rewards Visa which would have helped us out quite a bit. Has anyone noticed a trend for when it may be offered again? I don't want to sign up now only to find out in a few months it will be offered again.
