As for mobility issues - I rented a
scooter during our stay there in August. I requested (when I made the reservation) a unit "near the walking path because I would be using a scooter and wanted to avoid the 2-bus situation." When we checked in they told us our unit number and showed it to us on the map - it was at the mouth of the walking path

We couldn't have gotten any closer without pitching a tent on the golf course. We did not have a handicap unit. I don't need one, I parked my scooter under the treehouse, plugged it in under there each night covering it with a mower cover. We brought the cover with us thinking we would protect it from rain, but the treehouse is so wide no rain ever got that far under. We walked (I rolled) to the Grandstand bus stop. It is the first stop the buses come to (except for Downtown Disney route) so if we were there early enough in the day I didn't have to struggle with loading the scooter with a full bus.
As for space. We were 6 - 2 adults and 4 children - the "children" were 15, 16, 19 & 20. 20 slept in the 2nd Queen bed, 19 slept in the living room on the pull out chair (and said it was comfortable) 15 & 16 were in the bunkbeds. Nobody used the pull out sofa. The 4 of them used the 2nd bathroom.
My biggest complaint was the washer and dryer. It is in the hall with the other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom so it is very congested. If you have the laundry closet doors open it is hard for anyone to get in our out of any of the other rooms.
Would I stay there again???? Absolutely!
