I usually use DVC points to plan my vacation, but I have some family who is paying cash for their hotel and I am trying to help them.
I know with DVC the THV book up very quickly. Do the cash rooms book as quickly? They are planning to go the end of September and I am worried that they are too late to book the room they want.

Not as fast as DVC but there are a limited number (30 that are not declared) so if they have any though I would try to book now

Thanks! They are suppose to call today and try and book. I don't know if the THV will really work for them anyway. I don't think they realize unless they get an ADA villa, MIL will have issues with the stairs. She also is using a scooter and I don't know if they can get it into the villa.
I'm trying to steer them to old key west but they are stubborn.
