Treehouse Villa

I have been trying to look into booking a treehouse villa on the disney website, but I can't find where to book this one. Is it still under SSR? Do these fill up fast? I typed in a bunch of dates and they never came up. Thanks

Yes they do fill up quickly as there aren't very many and mostly booked up by DVC members. They would be under Saratoga Springs.

Ditto on the above, they are listed with SSR & since there are so few, they are usually unavailble to book as a cash reservation.

I've seen them during more quiet times and WAAAY in advance, like if you look at late August booking in January, then you'll probably get one.

We were able to snag one for September in January.

I have to say that we have always been very fortunate and have been able to get one the times we wanted them. Have stayed in them 4 times now. They are fabulous and so roomy since we are a family of 4.. we all had our own space.

We booked a cash stay last year in May for August so yes they are available. We are DVC members, but went cash for that trip. We loved them and hope you to do!!

SSR is supposedly sold out. So that means all the THV inventory belongs to members. DVC could take some out of points inventory and give them to Disney Reservation Center to sell for cash to pay for SSR member's trip to a non-DVC resort/location.

we're not dvc members but last year managed to get one for memorial day weekend with less than 2 weeks notice. basically i'd say make a plan b but keep checking back. you never know when someone will change their minds, something comes up where they have to cancel etc... good luck.

I am writing this from the porch of the treehouse villa.

I have to say it was difficult to get a villa and we just managed to do it for 4 days (since we were flexible in schedule and willing to move over the weekend). They seemed to have booked many of them for the weekends so they only have opening during the week.

They are really nice, but they can be a little isolated.
