We just came back from our weekend trip over to WDW. We stayed one night at the Boardwalk and one night at the Treehouse Villas.

Pros-
LOVED the whole feel. Felt like were were out in the middle of a gorgeous campground. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.
The Treehouse itself was so nice. Thought the decor was done very well, the floorplan was great. Loved having all that space and my girls got to stretch out in their own rooms.
The jacuzzi tub was amazing. I warmed up after a cool night at the parks.
Only people at the pool with the woods surrounding us. It was so relaxing!!
Parking right in front of your room.

Cons- (Only minor ones)
We had a handicap room and wasn't sure where to park. The space allocated for the room was handicap only but we are not so we didn't have a placard. I called the front desk where I got 2 different answers if we could park there. We chanced it and it worked out...no ticket.
The door to get in the room was insanely heavy and very hard to open. Kind of a pain bringing stuff in and out but I can only imagine what a person in a wheelchair or something like that would have to do...it was strange.
Also the master could def support a king size bed but it had a queen. Again, not a huge deal but usually the master room has a king.
Last, of course, what most people seem to not like is the bus situation. I can see where it would get old. We did it once and it did take a very long time, but it was worth the seclusion. After we checked out on Sunday we drove over to the Wilderness, ate, and then rode the ferry over to MK. That was soooo easy and I can def see the appeal of staying there. I might change my May reservations to the Wilderness.

Anyhow, overall, we loved it and wished we could have stayed longer at the treehouse. We got lucky though with a last minute cancellation somebody made and scooped it up!

Thanks for the review. I'm thinking the queen bed in master was there because you had a handicapped room. The extra room could be for a wheelchair to maneuver around the bed.

Thanks for the review. We have loved our stays at THV. So special. The master bedrooms at THV do have queens not kings.
