No, they are not. The Disney Institute closed in February (I think). I had always wanted to stay in those villas, but never got the chance. I hope that the new Disney Vacation Club Resort being built there has some treehouses (maybe as "Grand Villas") but I actually have no idea as to how the resort will be built.
