I'm kind of worried about some of the things I have heard about the Treasure, how badly is it built for a couple of passengers on ecvs?

No different than the WISH and we had no major issues. Biggest problem is the inconsiderate passengers as with every cruise.
But does the smaller number of elevators make this harder? And will we be able to go down to the bottom floor of the theater like we normally do? On the other ships they have a backway down to floor level where you can park you can watch from your wheel chair.

We were just on the Treasure last month. Some do come out at the bottom of the theatre but have seen a door where they come out to seat wheel chairs etc. in the last row in the middle section. Just in front of where the tech people are.

Can’t answer about elevators we take the stairs. I don’t think it is less elevators just that they moved them from the middle to front and aft.

TBH, I think the hardest aspect of the Wish class for ECV users is to get to the adult section on deck 13 aft and the Rose/Palo/Enchante on deck 12 aft. Yes, there are elevators, but it's only the aftermost 2 elevators in the aft bank that go up to those decks; the rest stop at deck 11/Marcelline Market. Other than that, the passageways are wide, though the entrance to Haunted Mansion may require some maneuvering. That being said, we say ECVs in HM on more than one occasion last month.

The Treasure has more elevators than the other ships (just one less elevator bank). The most difficult thing may be that not all elevators go to all floors. If you're trying to one of the highest decks, not all of the elevators go that high. The little placard next to the elevators doors will tell you what decks it goes to; however, there's no way to specifically call an elevator that goes to the higher decks. You'd either have to take that elevator to the lower floor then get another elevator, or keep calling elevators until one showed up that took you to the higher floor.

By the adult section, you mean the pools and such? We don't usually go to the pool anyway. How hard is it to get to the deck food?

Yes, the adult section is the pool, bar & Cove Cafe. We actually went to the Jade Cricket Cafe for our upscale caffeine. Great coffees & teas.

Deck food is easy peasy. Take the forward bank of elevators to deck 11 & it's a horseshoe right outside the doors. Literally right there.

And a ramp down to the deck, when you go though automatic doors from when you get off the elevator the BBQ place is right in front of you.
