We had a great massage therapist on the Fantasy (Gigi). So much so that I booked another treatment with her later in the trip.
On Formal night, I had blow dry/hair style booked and the stylist made me wait 45 mins as they took a walk up!!! (I was 20 mins early for my appt). Then she applied a free hair mask which made my hair sticky, super frizzy and hard to comb (proceeding to question me why my hair is doing that, despite her having shampooed and conditioned it?). Needless to say, I’d rather have cruise hair on formal day than another experience like that. She kept pulling my hair and I left with a painful scalp. I won’t ever make that mistake again.
I would gladly pay extra for good service and avoid a needed service/product if it meant a bad interaction.
Wondering if anyone has any therapist recommendations on the Treasure.
