Well first week of Lifetime didn't go so smoothly

I ate like a pig. I know it was the backlash of being so super stringent the week before my final WI to make LT. I just kept "rewarding" myself all week. I didn't WI today. Its the first week since joining WW that I opted not to WI at meeting. I just have to get sensible again and I'll be fine for my Sept. WI. But I really need to budget in a cushion for the winter months. The winter clothes alone will put me up 2 lbs!
Running is going great again. I did an 8 mile run last Wed, and a 16 miler on Friday. I'll be doing 18 miles this Saturday. I've started official marathon training last week
Saturday I took DS to a wildlife reservation and we hiked. I piggy-backed him about a mile. It was such a good reminder of what life was like with all the extra weight (and he only weighs 56 lbs not 80!!!!!). He swam in the lake and I longed to really hit the trails, but we had a good time. I have to come up with some winter activities for us. He would be too bored with snow shoeing and too young to cross-country ski. Any suggestions? I can always take him sleding, but I would like some sort of hiking/skiing sort of thing if possible. Maybe I could snow shoe and pull him on his sled!
Sept 13 will be my one year anniversary with WW. I'm hoping to be
steadily under 160 by then. I need to buy fall clothes but everytime I go shopping all I end up buying is more running clothes

So I may end up wearing CoolMax clothes to work soon!
So after a week of overeating, I am focusing on the famous WW phrase:
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. How true! Get it through your thick skull, Sunny
