Honestly, I wouldn't have clicked the story without Travis Kelce's name on it so the investment group is smart to use the name to gather interest in a marketing campaign.
It's always good when investors come in to try and save community resources like a theme park, so many people never get on a plane their whole lives to reach the biggest parks and even more can't afford the price tag for a family visit so without places like regional theme parks most families miss out.
When I was a kid only the super rich families went to WDW, and that didn't include me so I remember Great Adventure in NJ being the best place to go (I went to "Class Action Park from Netflix that we called Traction Park where I was nearly flung from the water ride in the show but that's a different story) For a while there WDW became more affordable but it seems to have reverted back to a thing reserved for the wealthy again so the US is better off with these smaller parks.
Last time I went to a Great Adventure it was disgustingly filthy, hope things turn around because there is one near Springfield Ma, six Flags New England . I would totally love to see but the reviews about the cleanliness are awful, if they can manage them better people will show up.
