Travelocity and on line check in

I usually check the prices on Travelocity, expedia and whoever else I can think of and then go to the cheapest one and book directly. I then check in online the day of the trip and print out boarding passes. This bypasses the check in counter at the airport and I go directly to the gate.
ANYWAY! Last night I needed to book a trip to Las Vegas and it was higher on the United site then it was on Travelocity. So I booked with Travelocity. On the day of my trip can I still check in online?
