Travellingbaby.com? Anyone used them?

I was going to rent from City Strollers, because I need a "special needs" stroller for my older son AND a carseat for my toddler, but they told me they are phasing out carseats. So I found Travellingbaby, and they have what I need... but I'd never heard of them before! Has anyone used them?

I used Traveling Baby for our last trip in December. I booked a Bob Jogging Stroller online a few weeks before our arrival. We stayed at DLH and got to the hotel at Noon. I went to get the stroller at bellhop around 2 pm and it had not arrived. I called the number on the confirmation and was told that the drop off window as between Noon and 3 PM, so my bad. It was delivered just before 3 PM. The day we left we dropped the stroller back off at the bellhop before we went to the park for rope drop, so that we didn't have to make a trip back to the hotel to have it at bellhop by 10 AM.

It was very easy and seamless. I have booked another Bob Jogging Stroller from Traveling Baby for our April trip.
