Travellers cheque card deals?

Anyone out there bought one of these recently or know where there are any good deals with free dollars or free card? I suspect there might be something on it's way over the easter period, I seem to remember there are sometimes offers at this time?

I havent heard of any deals going at the moment, I know Thomas Cook are normally one of the operators who offers good deals on these, so may well be worth keeping an eye out with them.
