I have emailed questions on various resort threads and now need to square away where to stay next June with my parents and my DD who will be 7. My DH will stay home to work. My dad is a Disney junkie! Here are the resorts I have narrowed it down to. My parents may or may not rent a car to drive down and meet us. We fly from VT. My dad snores, so all being in one room.is out, plus I am a light sleeper and need my own adult space!
POFQ- like small footprint and kid's splash zone. Like that they have renovated rooms. Would request connecting rooms.
CBR- least expensive moderate. Construction will be done. Concern is size of resort and if large groups might be apt to stay here.
OKW- rent 1 bedroom villa through outside company. More expensive. Like the kitchen for breakfast together and that they have twin sleeper sofa for DD. Unsure about distance from parks.
FW Cabin- like divided sleeping space. Less expensive than OKW but concerned about how long it will take to get to parks.
Contemporary- garden view room with enough sleeping space for all and I love the proximity to MK, but I would have to contend with dad snoring.
AOA suite-like the sleeping arrangement but I am not a big fan of crowds and noise and thin walls I have read about.
ASM-like the look of the new rooms. Would request connecting rooms..not sure about thin walls and noise I have read in reviews.
Any resorts I am not considering that I should? We can't afford a 1 bedroom villa at any other deluxe resort. We can't afford 2 rooms at deluxe resorts. Thank you!
