Traveling w/ niece ? not sure where to post

I am taking my niece to Disney in December. She is 11 and has never been before. I have never travel with someone else children. I want to have her parents write some giveing me permission to have her in case somethings should happen. I am not really sure what I should include in it. I will get it stamped by a notery.
If any one can help I would be very greatful.

I am going to move this to the Family Board. I am not sure the best place for it either but maybe others on that board have travelled with relatives or friends and have the experience to help you.

Just google - there are many blank forms that you can just print out - medical release forms. I do this whenever we go away and leave the kids, or my children travel with others.

I have my sister go to a notery and get a paper giving me permission to take her daughter and to seek medical attention while we are away.

They barely look at it going down, but they look at it very carefully when returning to Canada and ask many questions. Seems like they should check more going down then when I am coming back home.
