Traveling to WDW Dec. 18-23 Crowds???

We will be going to WDW dec.18-23 and are curious as to the hours that the parks stay open and the size traditionally of the crowds. I am guessing that they increase each day as it gets closer to Xmas, but can anyone compare those dates to summer or spring break dates?

Thanks for your help.

And if anyone has holiday things to do @ WDW I would love to hear them.

Maybe not as slow as the first two weeks but I think you'll be better off than true holiday season as far as crowds. There will be fewer Floridians there as compared to last year. (At least regarding South Floridians --- kid are now out of school a little later --- Dec 24 - Jan 7th.)
