Traveling on "Turkey Day"

We are taking an "unexpected" trip to see the mouse! The downside is that we must travel on Thanksgiving day.
We plan to stop over in the North Carolina area. Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice hotel and a good meal?

Most likely in the Fayetteville area. Really don't want to spend more than $100.00 for the hotel.
