Traveling Between Parks

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the best way to travel between parks, especially since MK has shorter hours due to MNSSHP. My family and I were planning to go from MK to HS to see the Star Wars fireworks but, didn't know if we would have to first spot at a resort to catch a bus to HS?

You will be able to take a bus from MK to HS. Just did this on Friday actually. Went to MK for rope drop and we were able to do a lot, then mid afternoon took the bus to HS to spend the evening, including Star Wars show and evening EMH.

There is no need to transfer at a resort. There is transportation between the parks.

From MK:
To Epcot - monorail (transfer at the TTC.)
To AK or DHS - bus

From Epcot:
To MK - monorail (transfer at the TTC.)
To AK - bus
To DHS - walk, bus, or boat

From DHS:
To Epcot - walk, bus, or boat
To AK or MK - bus

From AK:
To Epcot, AK, or DHS - bus
