How long does it generally take to get between the different parks? I know you can take the monorail between Magic Kingdom and Epcot but was wondering about the travel time between the other parks? Trying to figure out travel time! Thanks!

AK - MK, EPCOT and DHS are all about 15 mins.

I'd also add another 10-15 minutes on any trip to MK, since the buses from other parks drop you off at TTC instead of the front gates (so you'll have to take the ferry or monorail as well)

And just in case, if you're going between a major park and the water parks (or vice versa), it's a 2 bus deal -- you'll have to take a bus to a resort and then another one to the other park.

Good point, forgot about TTC for MK.

Thank you so much! Trying to figure out what time to leave Epcot to get to Hollywood Studios one evening for Fantasmic! ! Thanks again!

Well, you have a few options for this route both via the International Gateway entrance at Epcot. You can walk or you can take the ferry that travels between Epcot, the Boardwalk, the Beach Club, Swan and Dolphin and then MGM. The ferry does not travel very fast but it is relaxing and a pleasant ride.

The walk is about 25 minutes I'd say from the International Gateway entrance to MGM. The ferry will take at least 30-40 I'd say with all the stops.

There is also a bus that goes from Epcot to DHS.

Right. Forgot about that. That might be the fastest way actually (assuming you don't have to wait 10-15 minutes for bus to come).

I'd probably take the ferry and just plan on the down time. I love the Boardwalk area. The ferry ride is so nice after a long day of walking. I could swim faster than it travels but who cares? Just leave enough time.
