travel times from resorts to parks

Looking to know how long the bus rides to the theme parks are from various resorts. Trying to decide where to stay for our Summer trip.
esp. Contemporary, All Star Sports, Caribbean Beach

Considering your choices and all the different parks, it probably doesn't make any difference relative to transportation times.

I agree with the PP, it's all proabably about the same given the wide spread nature of your choices. Generally, it's probably safest to allocate about 45-minutes for transportation (some trip will be shorter while others might be pretty close to 45 minutes if it's busy, but better to be early than late!).

The Contemporary gives you the most alternative options for MK and Epcot. You can take the bus to Epcot or monorail. For MK you can take the monorail or walk. DHS and AK both require buses (as the most direct route).

The other two resorts will all require you take a bus to any of the parks.

Agreed; I would never base my choice of resorts SOLELY on bus transportation. Too many variables.

Just allocate a certain amount of time (the 45 minute rule is a pretty good one) from every resort to every park.

I agree with all the others that the 45 minute guestimate is good for resorts to parks, but I wouldn't pick the resort based on that.
