Travel Times for Dinner

We are staying club level at HRH and we want to take advantage of the *free* appetizers so I'm now trying to figure out travel time between HRH and our dinner choices. We've chosen The Palm (obviously no travel time), Emeril's, Bice and The Kitchen for character dining (again no travel time). So, how much time do I need to allot for travel time between HRH and Emeril's and Bice? We've never been to Universal, so we are clueless. TIA!

Emerils at Citywalk would be only about 10mins walking time from HRH, and about the same to Bice at PBR, or you could get the water taxi, but prob quicker walking.
Restaurant.com had vouchers for Bice, where 80% off, but not sure what offer is now
