Travel time to Grand Floridian

We are flying into MCO on Southwest. Our ETA for arrival is 12:30.
We are staying at Pop Century.
We want to have afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian.

About what how much time will it take from landing at MCO to getting to the Grand Floridian?

Disney transportation all the way.

My best guess, you could make it from landing at 12:30 to the Grand Floridian between 3:45-4:15.

I would estimate that you'll get there around 4:00, assuming everything goes smoothly. Keep in mind that there are so many opportunities for delays that it's very possible that you won't make it and you'll be stuck with a no show fee.

If I were you, I would pick a different day.

From arrival gate to Pop, anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
Checkin at resort, stow hand luggage with Bell Services, visit bathroom, 30 min.
Bus to MK, anywhere from 20-40 min., depending on how long you have to wait for the bus.
Monorail or launch to GF, 30-45 minutes, again, depending on waits.

Or you could take a taxi from Pop directly to GF. Probably less than 30 min

I agree that there are too many opportunities for delay, starting with your arrival time. I would not recommend doing this on your arrival day.
