Travel Package Arrival from Disney Travel- When will it arrive?

Does anyone know when I can expect my documents to arrive from Disney Travel for an arrival date of 07/12/15? I think they may ship 21 days from the arrival date, so maybe I will get them next week sometime. What is everyone's experience. FYI, we are driving, not flying, so no plane tickets in this package. I am not sure that makes a difference. TIA!

My sister leaves July 14 and hasn't gotten her package yet either. We figured it should come in next week.

They do ship three weeks in advance of the beginning travel date. I usually receive it about 3 days later by UPS. You should have it by two weeks out.

My trip starts July 4 and I got my package this past Tuesday, 6/16 (it shipped 6/11 and I live in upstate NY). Although they tried to deliver it Monday and I missed the UPS guy because he came earlier than his usual time.
