Travel Log - App

Is there an Iphone app for keeping a record of info while traveling - we usually write down - our stops (where and how long) various exits, etc. Start and finish times for future reference. I do this in a notebook now, but thought I would use my iphone if there was an easy app. Thanks,

I have used the TripIt app for my trips. Works well.
