Travel Insured company for trip insurance

I looked at Insuremytrip.com to see if I want to purchase insurance for a January cruise (non-Disney this time). Travel Insured is by far the least expensive. Has anyone ever used this company or have any comments on the policy? I really just want protection for health issues for us, my children (who will be watched by my parents while we cruise) and my extended family in the event we have to cancel the trip. We have never purchased insurance before. Thanks.
