Couldn't find Covermore on the international list. I don't think this takes into account claims process and customer service does it? 1cover gets great ratings here but cops some very negative reviews from people who have tried making claims.

it looks like it just compares price vs features vs coverage limits without covering customer service or pay out rates.

the full report covers a lot more products down to 1 star but doesn't include all products. Also I noticed last year the winner was world care and this year they are only 4 star

a couple of years ago I followed a Choice Mag review who gave the prize to OUCH. I don;t know how up to date Choice are, but Canstar now only give them 3 stars.

I suspect there is a lot of movement and competition between funds every year.
