Travel Insurance Question

I am planning on giving my parents some DVC points for their 50th wedding anniversary. I have a feeling they will choose to go to Hilton Head Island during the spring. I have a June UY, so I know that is risky. I was thinking of purchasing the $89 travel insurance through Travelex. Will it cover their trip if I, the Member, will not be in attendance? If so, what exactly does it cover?

This is an excellent question. I don't think their trip would be covered, if I am reading the policy correctly. I would call Travelex to get a definitive answer: 1-877-886-4664. Let us know what you find out if you call.
