travel insurance company?

Has any one used the company Travelex for their insurance instead of the disney insurance. I am just wondering how it worked out and how easy was it to get your money if you had to make a claim?

We've used them twice (seem to have the best coverage for the price), but we've never had to USE them (knock on lamination).

There have been other threads where folks say they haven't seen anything bad about them pop up in their searches.

I am going to probably use them for my January cruise on RCI. They seem to be very good in everything I have found so far.
