Travel from Disney to Universal

Staying at a Disney resort and doing a number of days at Disney, but we are wanting to break away for a couple days to check out Universal since we have never been there.

We dont have a rental car so I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what sort of recommendation would you give in transporting a large party (15 people) too and from Disney to Universal? Whats the best way to get there and back with such a large group?
