Travel from AS Movies to Illumination Cruise. How long?

If you were leaving from AS Movies to go to Yacht club by no later than 8 pm. What time would you leave and what route would you take. I was thinking bus-DHS-boat-Yacht Club. How long you think?

I would leave no later than 6:15. Honestly, I would probably leave at 6:00. It shouldn't take nearly that long, but it would be terrible to miss your cruise. You can always kill the extra time at the boardwalk.
