travel from AKL to All star sports?

I tried to search, but couldn't find any threads. We have a 7 pm reservation for Boma and are staying at the all star sports. What would be the best way to get back to our resort after dinner. Depending on the energy level, we may go to DTD after dinner, and then home from there, but if we chose to head straight to the hotel what's the best way?

If we chose to take a cab, any idea how expensive that would be?

Take a bus to Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, or Epcot, whichever is still open and/or has extra magic hours.

Transfer to the All Stars bus.

geographically, going all the way to a park, esp MK, to go back to AS resort is wayyyyyyy out of the way... i'd go the cab route... i'd estimate it to be under $20...

Last year we took the cab, it was under $20 with tip. It also saved at least an hour of time waiting and transferring buses.

Thanks for the info. I think the cab would be worth it. It looks like the two hotels are pretty close on the map and it would be a quick cab ride.

If I were at AKL and needed to get back to an AllStar resort, there's no way I would go to any other park than AK to make a transfer. The AllStars are very close to AKL/AK....a cab is going to be the best bet.
