travel documents

Hi all.
We, DH and myself, are coming to DL in September this year for the first time. What I want to know is....

We booked through the US site for the hotel and park tickets but as we live in the UK will our documents be sent to us or will they just be waiting for us. Also we have booked and paid for the Disneyland shuttle from LAX, will we receive a coupon/voucher for this or will they know we have paid by just giving them our name?

Very much looking forward to visiting as we have been to WDW for the last 20 years but decided to give that a break as its a bit of a mess with all the construction going on.

Documents are typically sent to your shipping address. I live in Canada and they always just mail them here about a month ahead of time. I can't see as being in the UK it would be much different.

With regard to the shuttle, are you referring to the Disneyland Resort Express operated by Grayline? If you are you will need to bring proof that you've paid as I've never seen that they have a list with names and transactions... If you booked this with your vacation package I think it would likely be included with that package you will receive with your hotel information, park tickets, etc.

I am in Australia and didn't receive anything in the mail- everything was waiting for me when I checked in.

Yes it is the Grayline transfer. I suppose I'd better print my invoice and take that with me as proof if they don't send me the documents..

l emailed Disney and they said that I would not receive any documents at all and they have removed my transfer from LAX to DLR from the invoice but I could just catch the bus without a reservation anyway. They have left my return transfers on the invoice so that's good.

Glad you got things taken care of. The Walt Disney Travel Company doesn't mail anything overseas, so Canadian and Mexican visitors would receive their documents, but not the UK, etc.
