Travel city direct -extra baggage from Cardiff

I tried to book extra baggage for £15 per person, but was told they don't allow it from Cardiff as the run way is too short and they can't offer this to everyone. Does anyone know if I can book it just for my return flight when I get to Florida, the guy at travel city said to ask the rep when I get there.

from what I understand you pay for it in the uk if not you have to pay for it when they weigh it at whatever rate it is

we paid here for our extra when we go in september but then we are going from manchester

We booked our double baggage at the TCD drop in center in International Drive a day before we were due to fly back to Gatwick.
