I caught this thread last night 15mins into the start time of the show and turned it on. I was so thrilled to see Gaylord Palms featured. We're staying there next Dec for a bus/vaca'n trip. My son is going to love all the wildlife. I see the show is being repeated tomorrow so i'm going to tape it. Thanks for the heads up!!!!
Last month when my parents were in town, we went to the Hyatt for Sunday Champagne Brunch. We walked around to the pool area, I looked at my parents and stated, 17 years ago this is where we stayed. I remember the pool but that was all I remembered. I did not realize this resort was so close to Disney.
The Champagne Brunch will cost roughly around $55 a person but well worth it. All the food and Champagne you wanted. The waffles, pancakes, eggs benadict, grouper were prepared in front of you. It took 3-4 minutes to prepare but worth the wait. The appertizers were out of this world. I really enjoyed the banana soup. If you like sea food this is a great place to eat. There was lots of different dishes. My family ate for 2 1/2 hours. My DH did not drink since he had to drive back to Tampa. Next I time we eat there, I will reserve room for the night. http://grandcypress.hyatt.com/property/index.jhtml
