Can anyone tell me if there is a Walt Disney Travel Company office in the Down town Disney area. We will be at DLR this weekend and would like to talk face to face to a rep. about our upcoming trip in August. I thought I heard there was an office there but the hours were very limited.

Any information about the location and/or hours would truly be appreciated. TIA.

I believe the office you are thinking about is at
1600 S Disneyland Dr, Downtown Disney, Anaheim, CA 92802

At the risk of sounding really dumb.... is that in Down Town Disney that is connected to Disneyland and Cali. Adventure parks? Or is it somewhere else? Would i be able to walk to that office from BWPPI&S on S. Harbor ?

Sorry I have not been to this area since 1973.

This is near the DL Hotel end of Downtown Disney.

Thank you for the info. I sincerely appreciate your kindness and helpfulness.

When we were there in Jan/Feb this year, their hours were VERY limited!

Something like 9am to 2pm or 3pm can't remember.... I believe they are open 7 days a week.

The ladies were very helpful with our ticket problems. They took care of everything in no time and gave us a few perks for the inconvenience.

Good luck

Once again... thank you all for your help! I just Love the DISboards.

We leave in about 9 hrs for the airport! We are super excited!:dance3:

I will return with a trip report in a week or so.

Love you all !!!!

This is just a thought and might not fit into your plans at all....

But since you're going down there now, and I assume will have tickets...would it work out better for you financially to just upgrade to Annual Passes now, and cancel the package for August? Of course you would want to make sure all the costs would be the same or less before doing that. :)

Actually, we already have our reservations for our trip in August booked and paid for but we need to do some changes. We are taking our whole family and one of our daughter who previously could not go, has decided to join us. So we need to add her on to our package.

We booked our August package with 5 day hoppers for everyone for that trip, but now we decided to upgrade the 2 hopper passes for this trip (in April) to annual passes while we are there and use those for the 2 of us on the August trip as well. Confused ?? I sure am. !!!!!

So we need to drop the 2 5 day hoppers for DH and myself from that August reservation (cause we will have the AP's) and add my daughter to the entire reservation, but the rest of the family will all need the 5 day hoppers because they will only be going on that one trip this year.

See why I would like to talk to a Walt Disney Travel Co. representative face to face. I feel these changes are a little confusing. And sometimes when I call them, I speak with someone that has not clue about upgrading passes or adding to reservations. Everyone has been very kind, but not always helpful at understanding me.

I am hoping we can get all this cleared up on this trip in April so it will be smooth sailing when we have the whole gang in toe in August. Wish me luck!!
