Travel card.

Plan are well underway for out trip in September to stay ate OKW for two weeks. Last time we when both me and DW got travel cards from Lloydstsb. This time I would like to try and each have a card coming out of the same pot of money. Does anyone know if this is possible.

FairFX may be the best way to go for you - you have a normal pre-paid $ card, and you can get a 'family & friends' card which you manage from the same account. You have to physically move the money onto it from your main account, but you can effectively still run from one pot and just move it about as necessary.

I have also got a card from ICE Plc, it has none of them nasty hidden costs, has a good exchange rate and you get a card and a backup card plus you can request up to 5 more cards for other family members to use.

I did do a lot of shopping around FairFX is also a good card, but avoid Post Office and High Street Travel Agents, they make their cards sound ok but actually they just suck that little bit more than they really should.
