Travel by boat within WDW

Wondering what kind of transportation by boat is available from the Grand Floridian. . . . destinations, cost, hours of operation. . . and also whether a person with a wheelchair would be able to travel by boat. He can get out of the chair, no problem, so as long as we can fold up the wheelchair, will they allow us on board? Any info you crazy, wonderful people out there have to share would be most appreciated!
 
There is only one boat that services the Grand Floridian. It also services the Polynesian. It will take you to the Magic Kingdom.

As long as the person can get out of the wheelchair, and step down into the boat (there is a step or two), and the wheelchair can be folded, then travel will be no problem.
