travel between AKL and Cape May Cafe

I'm thinking of breakfast at Cape May. The available ADR is 7:35am. Is this even possible without taking a taxi or using Uber? Epcot is closed so I can't walk through there. DHS is also closed, but I know I could take a boat between DHS and BC. Are the boats running that early? My guess is it won't be easy or even possible, but I thought I'd ask.

I think you'll need an Uber, yes.

It depends on when and what day..... on an emh day probably.. if not uber/taxi. taxis are usually cheap inside the world.

Yes, it's possible. You can take a bus to Hollywood Studios then walk over to Beach Club. On an EMH day, the friendship boats will be running about 7 am so that would be an option if your ADR falls on an EMH day.

Even though it's possible to take a bus I would suggest a taxi or uber as it will be much more efficient.
