Travel agents not sent me my sticker!

We booked our Disney Holiday with Thomas Cook Direct and we have recieved our tickets in the post.

We booked Disney Express and on our ticket confirmation it says that we should wear the Disney Express Sticker that is provided in our ticket pack, BUT there was no sticker in our pack

I phoned Thomas Cook Direct and they said they will find out whats happened and get back to me.
But Surprise Surprise! I havnt heard from them and they didnt get back to me, im so tierd of having to chase them up all the time!

I was just wondering if the sticker is important, do we really need it?
Or will our ticket confirmation be enough?

Also when u book Disney Express does it automatically book you Disney Express Service for both ways... RETURN?
From reading my D.Express Ticket confirmation it sounds like its only booked for 1 way

Which is not any good to me as i wanted the service for both ways...

Im so confused and everytime i call the travel agents they dont know either as they say that its a company that they are partners with that actually do the bookings and know the details

I've never used Disney Express but I'm sure someone said recently that it's not necessary to wear the sticker. I'll see if I can find the post.

The sticker is honestly not important. We got one but I didn't wear it and it was no problem at all. If you've booked Disney express then they'll have all your tickets and info waiting for you at the station and you don't need the sticker.

Although this was the case at Ashford so I'm not sure if it's the same in London?!

Frankly I'd just bought a nice new jumper and didn't want some silly sticker making the jumper all bobbly when I pulled the sticker off
