Travel Agent Change

Did anyone ever change their TA after booking their cruise? I am not really happy with my TA (she never answers my questions, etc.) but I am afraid I would loose the price of the cruise which is quite good and also the room numbers. I have already paid the deposit. Any help, please? Thanx.

If it is an agency I would talk to the agents boss or the owner. Maybe they can transfer your business to another agent. I would let them know that I am unhappy with their service and give them a chance to address the issues. If you are still not happy then I would shop around. It will not change a thing unless there were any discounts or credits that are specific to that agency. If thats the case I would still shop and see if another agent could match (or beat) the deal you have.

Has the price on your cruise date gone up? Without knowing that no one can really give any suggestions. As the previous poster said maybe another agent at the same office can take over your booking? Its rare that a agent will sign a release to transfer it to a completely different agency. They now own your booking.

Looks like you are very close to final payment, so you are almost past the window of being able to even cancel and rebook, so your options are going to be even less soon.

How about emailing the TA and also copying the agency owner on that email. This way you are covered
