Has anyone ever used a travel agency to book your disney vacation? Can you find better deals through them?

Yes I have and yes you can but usually during certain times though. I used a great one last year and would gladly use them again. You just have to be careful with some and make sure you do your homework and use a reputable agency. They can do all the work for you or you can still do all the planning with most.

The owners of this site also have a travel agency, called Dreams Unlimited Travel. I've never used them because our family takes a DIY approach, but Dreams is undoubtedly trustworthy.

If I were to use one it would without a doubt be dreams unlimited travel as you can't go wrong with Disney experts guiding you through the process.

I'll tell you what though, when free dining comes up I will be giving them a call as I just don't want to deal with that nonsense.

We also used 'Magical' last year because they had a TA deal only that was much cheaper then anything I could find including Orbitz stacking. Very pleased with the service as well, Holly did a great job for us.

Do you know if 'Dreams' has any TA only specials? The few times I have been to their site, all they show are only the specials WDW offers Public, APs etc.

I'm currently booked direct through Disney. I planned our first trip myself and have done most of the planning for our upcoming trip (ADRs done, tickets purchased, flights booked, etc.) but, after reading some reviews on this board, I'm considering using a TA to see if we can get a better discount.
